A 14 carat solid gold ladies wristwatch manufactured by Jaeger LeCoultre in c1971. In great overall condition, the watch has a gorgeous case has hooded lugs and the dial presents very well. The freshly oiled and adjusted movement is running strongly and keeping time.
Case: 14 carat solid gold, in very good condition measuring approximately 25 mm across excluding the crown and 33 mm from lug to lug. The inside of the case is signed "LeCoultre" and hallmarked as 14 carat solid gold, as is the outside. The case shows the inevitable signs of careful use over the years but no signs of abuse, dents or scratches of any significance that I could see to draw to your attention.
Dial: satin champagne finish with hours marked by applied gold coloured batons with black inserts. The dial is signed "LeCoultre Swiss". The hands are in very good shape and the crystal is clean and clear.
Movement: crisp and clean Jaeger LeCoultre cal. 818/2 17 jewel manual movement, running strongly and keeping time. The serial number dates the watch to c1971.
Strap: fitted with a new good quality black leather strap which attached to the watch measures approximately 202 mm from buckle tip to last hole.
