Cartier 18 carat gold Vermeil (18 carat gold plate over solid silver) quartz watch in very good overall condition, manufactured around the late 1980's. The classic case and dial look great and the quartz movement is running strongly and keeping time with quartz accuracy. The watch is signed three times, on the dial, case and movement.
Case: 18 carat gold Vermeil Cartier signed case in good condition, measuring approximately 21 mm across excluding the cabochon crown (a genuine uncut sapphire gemstone set into the crown) and 28 mm in overall length. The case shows the expected marks inevitable from regular use over the years but absolutely no evidence of abuse. All that I could see to point out to you is a some tiny areas of brassing to the high points of the bezel.
Dial: signed, "must de Cartier Swiss" with hours marked by black Roman numerals. The hands in fine shape and the crystal is clean and clear. I have had the original dial professionally restored as when I bought this watch the dial had some crazing to the finish.
Movement: Cartier signed quartz movement, running perfectly and keeping time.
Strap: fitted with a generic brown leather strap and buckle.
