Zenith Sporto stainless steel gents wristwatch dating to the 1950's in great overall condition, freshly oiled and adjusted, running perfectly and keeping time. The watch is triple signed on the dial, case and movement.
Case: stainless steel in very good condition, measuring approximately 34 mm across, excluding the signed crown and 40 mm from lug to lug. The inside of the rear cover is signed "Zenith Sporto". The case shows the expected signs of responsible use over the years but no dents or scratches of any significance that I could see to draw to your attention.
Dial: in excellent condition with satin silver finish, an outer minutes chapter and hours marked by gold coloured batons. The dial is signed "Zenith Sporto Swiss Made". The hands are in good condition and the crystal is clean and clear. The dial has just been returned from professional restoration back to as it looked when new.
Movement: Swiss made, Zenith gilded movement. Freshly oiled and adjusted, it runs well and keeps time. unusually the movement has a glass dust cover which I left intact for the photograph.
Strap: fitted with an "IW Suisse" brown leather strap attached to the watch, the strap measures approximately 214 mm from buckle tip to last hole.
